Morgan Gass

Analyst

Morgan Gass is an analyst for Adamantine Energy, supporting the team with research and strategy development regarding policy, ESG, and decarbonization pathways. She has experience in renewable energy market research, account management, and sustainability research. Before joining Adamantine, Morgan received a bachelor of science in environmental engineering & policy from Northwestern University with a concentration in urban sustainability and circular economies. During her studies, she led the development of a municipal sustainability guide for Winnetka, IL, helping the village roadmap and achieve their net-zero goals. She additionally was a project lead for Engineers for a Sustainable World and a research aide for Packman Lab, studying physical transport and biogeochemical processes. After graduating, Morgan worked with a broad range of clients in the renewable fuels space across green hydrogen, ammonia, sustainable aviation fuel, renewable natural gas, and carbon capture. In her free time, Morgan is a watercolor artist who enjoys rock climbing, crossword puzzles, and game nights with her friends.
