Lindsey Slaughter is the director of operations at Adamantine Energy, where she partners closely with clients and firm leadership to translate strategy into execution. In addition to leading the day-to-day operations of the firm, Lindsey plays a key client-facing role–facilitating coalitions, convenings, and leadership sessions, building internal programs and operating systems, and providing structured project management to ensure complex initiatives move from concept to meaningful outcomes.
Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and implementation. She designs scalable systems, strengthens internal processes, and builds operational infrastructure that enables teams to perform at a high level. Known for bringing clarity to ambiguity, Lindsey helps organizations prioritize effectively, align stakeholders, and execute with discipline.
With more than two decades of experience in operations and business management, Lindsey has specialized in advising executives and entrepreneurs through periods of growth and transition. She brings a steady, facilitative leadership style to engagements, guiding teams through decision-making processes, establishing accountability structures, and embedding practical systems that endure beyond the engagement.
Prior to joining Adamantine, Lindsey founded Logistics by Lindsey, a virtual operations firm supporting startups and small businesses in building foundational systems and workflows. Earlier in her career, she spent seven years with the Colorado Oil & Gas Association, where she led planning for the Rocky Mountain Energy Summit and managed member services and daily operations for the state’s largest oil and gas trade association.
Lindsey studied political science at Texas A&M University and currently serves on the board of Purpose Medical Mission. In her spare time, she is a rabid sports mom, enjoys reading, and the thrill of thrifting unique home décor.
