Jack Ridilla is an analyst for Adamantine, supporting the team by monitoring, researching, and analyzing public policies related to energy, decarbonization, and ESG. He has experience researching and developing policies that enhance innovation to reduce and remove global emissions, while maintaining a robust and affordable electric grid. Prior to joining Adamantine, Jack worked at ClearPath as a policy fellow where he worked primarily on the nuclear, hydrogen, and permitting reform portfolios. Jack has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond where he studied politics, philosophy, economics, and law. He has presented research in front of the Virginia Association of Communication Arts and Sciences, as well as the Robins School of Business Student Research Symposium. In his free time, Jack enjoys going on long runs, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family.
